Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including account managers, service managers, project managers, and team members.
- Resource Management: Assist in allocating and managing resources, including engineers, to ensure efficient project workflow.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the implementation of robust risk management strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, and provide adequate support to installation engineers.
- Reporting and Documentation: Ensure the completion of reports and handover documentation to clients, and review completed projects with account managers.
Requirements:
- Education: GCSE – Maths and English
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Work and Excel
- Industry Experience: Experience in installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fire and security systems
- Desirable Skills: Experience with CASH
