We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Bradford on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Project Delivery Specialists with risk and issue management, project reporting, action management, and project plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and build relationships to ensure excellent service is provided and that each experience is consistent and of the highest quality.
- Maintain Project documentation, processes, and knowledge management for all cyclical activity to ensure the integrity and ongoing delivery of these activities.
- Create and deliver training for People Services, People Admin, and Payroll teams against all projects to enable them to effectively manage employee queries.
- Support the development and implementation of appropriate policies and frameworks linked to projects.
- End-to-end management of Virgin Media O2 People Intranet (SharePoint) pages, ensuring relevant, timely, and accurate content is made available to all employees.
- Delivery and coordination of Intranet content management audits.
- Management of all Employee Services BAU communications, including partnering with Internal Communications teams to ensure holistic comms visibility across the company.
- Produce weekly reports and monthly statistics for project administrative tasks.
- Proven administration skills in an energized hybrid environment.
- Highly proactive team-player with the ability to motivate and work alongside others and share best practice.
- Competent at managing stakeholder, customer, and supplier relationships and expectations.
- Ability to deal with complex queries, while recognizing the appropriate need for escalation.
- Flexible to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work accordingly to meet expectations.
- Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
