Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHS Senior Manager to lead our Operational Risk Management program in the Pacific Developed Markets region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating corporate Operational Risk, including occupational health and safety, workers compensation claims management, business continuity, asset conservation, environment and sustainability, and facility security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated operational EHS risk management program across all KHC sites in the region.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Analyze data to monitor progress, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Communicate performance and risk management insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with changes in legislation and ensure business partners are educated and informed of any risks and impacts.
  • Provide specialist information and/or advice to management and employees.
  • Liaise with relevant statutory bodies to investigate or assist in the investigation of reportable injuries, incidents, or dangerous events.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation, environment law, and OH&S legislation across the countries in the region.
  • Qualifications in business and workplace health and safety, environment, and sustainability or similar.
  • Demonstrated management experience, including people leadership, financial management, and project management.
  • Change management and auditing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
