We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Policy Assistant to join our Strategic Housing Programme Team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including managing existing homes, delivering new homes, and enabling affordable housing for sale to first-time buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide business and administrative support to the team, including operating management information systems and collating statistical analysis reports.
- Assess affordable housing applications and respond to customer enquiries to aid the effective delivery of affordable housing across the borough.
- Work closely with the team to monitor statistics and interpret data to inform housing policy decisions.
