Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accurate financial records
  • Manage debt recovery and payment processing, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Raise invoices and credit notes, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Prepare banking and petty cash transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist with month-end procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Liaise with auditors, providing financial information and support

Requirements:

  • Ability to create and present financial information effectively
  • Meet deadlines and targets efficiently, ensuring timely financial reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard of interpersonal skills
