Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Compliance Manager to join a leading food manufacturer in a key role that will drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of quality throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement protocols for handling customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead new product development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant food safety regulations and retailer requirements for new product formulations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve food safety programs and policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and product quality, implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous technical compliance role within the food industry, with a strong understanding of BRC standards and food safety management systems.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with HACCP principles, with the ability to apply them in a practical and effective manner.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and train others to achieve compliance and quality goals.
