Job Title: Technical Compliance Manager
Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Compliance Manager to join a leading food manufacturer in the UK. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance across the company's facilities, products, and operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of quality throughout the production process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Conduct internal and external audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement protocols for handling customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant food safety regulations and retailer requirements for new product formulations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve food safety programs and policies to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and product quality, and implement changes to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical compliance role within the food industry, with a strong understanding of food safety management systems and regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with BRC standards and food safety management systems.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and train others.
