## Job Title: Primary School Teacher

## Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced or newly qualified Primary School Teacher to join our team at a large, two-form entry primary school in Southport. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all areas of the curriculum, organizing the classroom and learning resources, and planning and preparing lessons to cater for all student ability ranges.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Teach all areas of the curriculum
* Organize the classroom and learning resources
* Plan, prepare and teach lessons
* Motivate pupils with enthusiastic presentation
* Maintain discipline
* Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupil's development
* Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum
* Stay up to date with changes and developments in the curriculum

## Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Ability to provide referees
* Up-to-date DBS Check
* Eligibility to work in the UK
