About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at Safran Helicopter Engines. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the physical and electronic flow of spares, components, and engines to our maintenance center and manufacturing work centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly work plans on our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Adhere to stock management systems through accurate administration on the ERP system
- Assist with daily physical picking and kitting requirements, including material movement on the ERP system
- Manage SLED (shelf life expire date) controlled materials through the ERP system
- Adhere to cycle count targets, with physical counting and processing on the ERP system
- Support the team with 5S projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers
- Adhere to quality and health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Unload daily deliveries
- Process goods receipted in line with the goods receipt procedure on the ERP system
- Store parts in designated locations using lifting equipment as applicable
- Process movements of goods using the ERP system
- Cut raw material bars into smaller bars and billets and electronically issue material on the ERP system
- Physically and electronically kit and issue raw material to the machine shop, in accordance with procedure
- Put away and issue parts, maintaining correct stock levels in the correct locations, physically and electronically
- Continuously improve and implement 5S initiatives

Requirements
- English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C)
