Playtech is in search of a seasoned Lead Manager, Risk and Assurance Integration to assist our Director of Risk, Internal Control, and Assurance in the formulation and execution of our global risk strategy and integrated assurance framework.
This prominent position requires a proficient relationship builder and networker, collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to foster a culture of risk awareness and assurance that aligns with their strategic and operational goals. A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to guiding management through the intricacies of risk in our dynamic corporate environment are essential.
Role Responsibilities
Your Key Objectives: You Will...
Support the execution of the updated strategy to establish an effective risk management and internal control framework aimed at assisting the business in achieving its strategic and operational goals. Aid management in their risk evaluations to inform business decisions in pursuit of their objectives, utilizing a combination of risk identification, assessment, and management methodologies. Oversee Risk Assurance initiatives concerning the critical controls that risk owners have implemented and new controls established in action plans to ensure they function as intended. Provide guidance and facilitate enhancements. Create programs for the improvement of controls within broader business areas, including ESG, operational, and non-financial reporting. Lead and execute the Integrated Assurance strategy, collaborating directly with other assurance providers to effectively map assurance across key risk domains and advocate for the integration of assurance practices at all organizational levels.Required Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk management and internal controls, with a proven history of developing and implementing effective risk and assurance strategies in a multinational environment. Experience is crucial for the successful execution of this role. Background qualifications in any or a combination of the following are preferred: Risk Management (CIRM or equivalent), Internal Audit (CIA or equivalent), External Audit, Finance (CIMA, ACCA/FCCA, ACA/FCA or equivalents). Demonstrate strong self-management skills, the ability to drive change in complex projects, while remaining attuned to the diverse cultures within the organization. Exhibit the gravitas to challenge concepts supported by a resilient yet engaging demeanor. Have a solid understanding of risk methodologies and guidelines such as ISO 31000, COSO 2017, and the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024.Thrive in a Culture That Values...
