Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing quotes for customers based on their specifications and requirements.
  • Processing and following up customer orders.
  • Ensuring that all customer enquiries are followed up and dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Updating computer system with amendments to enquiry/order/job specifications and maintaining and updating customer records.
  • Completing all daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports as required.
  • Supporting external sales reps as required.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to use a range of communication styles to provide a personal approach.
  • A high level of accuracy, to be able to effectively multitask and manage your own workload.
