About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Business Development Manager to join our team at Axel Arigato Sweden. As a key member of our Wholesale division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing relationships with key Wholesale partners, and ensuring the overall success of our Wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned Wholesale customers to align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Wholesale accounts, budgets, negotiations, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Wholesale to set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Grow our Wholesale distribution network by identifying and securing new distribution opportunities that align with the brand's positioning.
  • Secure and negotiate spaces in Wholesale locations for pop-ups and corners to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Support the implementation of Wholesale showrooms to enhance the brand experience and drive sales.
  • Provide training to Wholesale store staff to ensure brand knowledge and visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Generate budgets and regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Wholesale, with a proven track record of successful revenue generation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of international Wholesale distribution and a strong international network in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent key account management skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional languages are advantageous, with English fluency required.
