Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial aspects of construction projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing commercial risks, identifying opportunities, and providing commercial guidance to project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Tender Preparation and Contract Management: Prepare and submit tenders, estimates, and proposals, and negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Commercial Guidance and Support: Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams, identifying commercial risks and opportunities, and monitoring project budgets and financial performance.
- Team Management: Manage and coordinate a team of Quantity Surveyors, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial aspects of projects.
To be considered for this role, you will have a commercial background within the construction industry, with demonstrable experience at a senior level within a main contracting environment. You will have a working knowledge of construction contracts and procurement, and experience managing and supporting commercial teams.
