Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial aspects of construction projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing commercial risks, identifying opportunities, and providing commercial guidance to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Tender Preparation and Contract Management: Prepare and submit tenders, estimates, and proposals, and negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  2. Commercial Guidance and Support: Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams, identifying commercial risks and opportunities, and monitoring project budgets and financial performance.
  3. Team Management: Manage and coordinate a team of Quantity Surveyors, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial aspects of projects.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have a commercial background within the construction industry, with demonstrable experience at a senior level within a main contracting environment. You will have a working knowledge of construction contracts and procurement, and experience managing and supporting commercial teams.
