Key Responsibilities

The Fraud Product Strategy Owner will be responsible for:
  • Analyzing complex information, including business requirements, technical capabilities, and market trends to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Developing and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to effectively articulate business needs.
  • Assessing the feasibility of business requirements and finding practical solutions to challenges that arise during project execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Fraud Product Strategy Owner will need to possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, Finance, Technology, or Research.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate business needs and interact with various stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to oversee the development and prioritization of business requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the feasibility of business requirements and find practical solutions to challenges.
Desirable Skills

The following skills are highly valued in this role:
  • Background in Fraud Strategy, Authentication, or Customer Journey Optimization.
  • Proven background in driving change, with 5+ years of experience driving process improvements, business transformation, or root cause analysis.
  • Background in developing financial business cases, project plans, and customer journeys.
