Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Health and Beauty Therapist to join our team at our Oxfordshire Fitness & Wellbeing Gym's Beauty Suite. As a Health and Beauty Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional service and promoting a culture of wellness and self-care.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality health and beauty treatments, including facials, massages, and other luxury therapies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Work collaboratively with our fitness team to promote a holistic approach to wellness and self-care.
  • Contribute to the development of new treatments and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team financial targets, promoting the sale of products and services.

Requirements

  • Beauty Therapy Qualification NVQ to at least Level 3 – experienced or newly qualified.
  • Great communication skills and a flair for building relationships with clients.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
