Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Process vehicle orders accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of vehicles.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests, providing prompt and professional responses to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the achievement of industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control within the retailer.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Administrator in a main dealership within the Motor Trade.
  • Proven track record of accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders, with a keen eye for detail and a strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
