The Helensburgh Responder Service provides an effective and efficient way to respond to unplanned risks, such as falls and accidents. The service also offers planned supports, ensuring individuals remain safe and well in their own homes, reducing ambulance call-outs and hospital admissions.

The responder approach enables individuals to achieve greater independence and positive outcomes, removing the need for 2:1 supports in some cases. This approach has a significant impact on emergency and community services, reassuring individuals that someone is always available to support them.

We welcome applications from candidates eligible to work in the UK or those who can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK.
