About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact within the Argyll & Bute emergency and community services. As a Support Practitioner, you will work closely with our team to deliver a planned and risk-managed approach to support, enabling individuals to achieve greater independence and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also require a strong understanding of Health and Social Care principles and practices.
