About Our Service

We provide support to individuals with varying levels of need, from hourly support to 24-hour care. Our service is based in Ipswich and supports ten people across six flats in a quiet cul-de-sac.

What We Do

As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide outstanding support to our service users, enabling them to live a comfortable, dignified, and happy life. Your role will involve:

  • Personal Care - supporting individuals with their morning and evening routines, including showering, bathing, and using the bathroom.
  • Supporting Personal Safety - conducting regular checks in line with individualised support plans.
  • Providing Person-Centred Support - getting to know our service users, understanding their needs, and providing support that is tailored to their preferences.
  • Excellent Communication and Record Keeping - maintaining accurate records of support provided, including daily notes, medication management, and financial support.
