About Our Service

We provide support to individuals with varying levels of need, from hourly support to 24-hour care. Our service is based in Ipswich and supports ten people across six flats.

What We Do

We provide a range of support services, including personal care, supporting individuals with personal safety, and providing person-centred support. Our team works closely with individuals to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide tailored support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including support with morning and evening routines, showering and bathing, and continence.
  • Support individuals with personal safety, including carrying out checks in line with their individualised support plans.
  • Provide person-centred support, including getting to know individuals and their needs, and supporting them to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills are essential for this role, including writing daily notes, supporting with medication and MAR sheets, and communicating effectively with colleagues and individuals we support.
