About Our Service

We provide support to ten individuals across six flats in Ipswich, offering varying levels of support from hourly to 24/7 care. Our team is dedicated to helping people live comfortable, dignified, and liberated lives.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team, providing outstanding support to our service users. As a Relief Support Worker, you'll be expected to:

  • Provide personal care, including morning and evening routines, showering, and using the bathroom.
  • Support individuals with personal safety, carrying out checks in line with their individualised support plans.
  • Offer person-centred support, getting to know each individual and their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Maintain excellent communication and record-keeping skills, supporting individuals to keep detailed records of their support.
