Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Care Assistant to join our team at Jamie Cann House in Ipswich. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to maintain their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to our customers
- Administer and store medication as required
- Conduct light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support customers through temporary or terminal illness
- Assist with eating and drinking, as well as light domestic duties such as bed making
- Engage customers in social, physical activities, and mental stimulation, such as hobbies and recreation
We are looking for someone with a warm and friendly demeanor, a natural caring nature, and a great sense of humor. You will be a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude, and you will want to make a difference every day.
