Job Summary:
The Royal Lancaster London is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Shift Leader to join our Front Office team. As a Front Office Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating support with Guest Service Agents, up-selling room types, and training and reviewing Guest Service Agents to achieve personal and departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate support with Guest Service Agents during busy periods.
- Confidently use various computer systems, including Opera.
- Up-sell room types at every available opportunity to achieve departmental up-selling goals.
- Train, support, and review Guest Service Agents to achieve personal and departmental goals.
- Conduct Quality Checks to ensure Guest Service Agents consistently adhere to prescribed service standards.
- Monitor the appearance, conduct, guest relation skills, and punctuality of Reception staff to ensure departmental standards are met.
Requirements:
- 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and develop Guest Service Agents.
