Purchase Ledger Specialist

TES NI Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our purchase ledger processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and settle supplier invoices in a timely manner
  • Process and record purchase transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
