Job Title: Purchase Ledger Specialist

TES NI Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with all duties within the Finance Department, including sales ledger management, customer account management, and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales ledger, ensuring timely completion of sales invoices and accurate customer account management.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to issue invoices and applications for payment on a timely basis.
  • Assist with sales KPIs, reports, analysis, and investigating old balances.
  • Negotiate terms of payment, including payment milestones, and build project-specific forecasted payments.
  • Support company-wide cash forecasts and assist with the implementation of new efficient systems.
  • Work on reviewing nominal ledger, including VAT nominals, and assist with producing monthly management accounts with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Full driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, particularly Excel.
  • Good communicator and problem-solver.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to assist in better reporting systems.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience in using SAGE 200, SICON modules (training will be provided).
