About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Single Homeless Project. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT services and proactive support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff across all locations
  • Manage and maintain technical systems to ensure a seamless and stable experience for staff and clients
  • Liaise with third-party providers to ensure continuity of service
  • Support the IT Team in the delivery of projects and system implementations
  • Implement new contracts for provision of services such as Internet and telephone lines

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing security and system access for staff
  • Experience in Office 365 security setup and cloud management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel around London via public transport to support our services
