Support Educator

Full-time & part-time opportunities available

An exceptional chance has emerged for a Support Educator to become part of a committed and skilled team at a school in Swansea, specifically within the Specialist Teaching Facility (STF) designed for students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

While prior experience and training in assisting students with Additional Learning Needs and related Behavioural Management is preferred, comprehensive training will be offered to suitable candidates.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to enhancing students' learning and development, alongside the capacity to utilize initiative and creativity. You will support students both within and outside the STF, under the guidance of the ALNCo, contributing to the overall ethos, mission, and objectives of the educational institution.

Your role will be vital in the educational journey of students in the Unit, and you should possess empathy and a genuine interest in working with students with additional learning needs.
