Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Role

  1. Develop and manage site delivery plans to ensure projects are delivered within agreed programmes and achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Monitor and manage delivery plans, ensuring sites are proactively managed in a safe manner in accordance with health and safety procedures.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day management of operations on-site, ensuring projects are brought to successful completion and meet programme, budget, brief, and quality constraints.
  4. Communicate effectively with the design team to ensure timely release of design information.
  5. Understand and take an active interest in commercial outcomes of projects, working closely with the QS to ensure costs and supply chain are adequately controlled.
  6. Ensure all aspects of projects are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements.
  7. Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety.
  8. Plan and efficiently organise site set up and logistics.
  9. Follow business templates for using NEC contractual forms and trackers with the project team to manage information flow and changes efficiently.
