Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, materials, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting and address project challenges proactively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on water or utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater systems, civil engineering, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
