Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Artisan Group Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site operatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain site CDM and H&S regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with scheduling teams to ensure that projects are properly programmed and scheduled.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that site engineers are competent and compliant with company procedures.
  • Manage and maintain site supplies inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM and H&S regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license required.
