Advanced Practitioner/Trainee Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Orthopaedics team in Planned Care at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Trauma and Orthopaedics, with experience in clinical leadership and education. They will be responsible for promoting clinical excellence in patient care, developing and implementing departmental policies, and participating in research and audit projects.
The role will involve working closely with the senior medical team to provide clinical advice and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The Advanced Practitioner will also be responsible for developing and supporting audit and research projects, and participating in up-dating and implementing departmental policies, protocols, and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical advice and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement departmental policies, protocols, and guidelines
- Participate in research and audit projects
- Work closely with the senior medical team to promote clinical excellence in patient care
- Develop and support audit and research projects
- Registered RGN/HCPC professional
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Qualification in Advanced Assessment Skills with evidence of clinical practice
- Registered independent non-medical prescriber
- Teaching qualification
