Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve delicious food to the highest standards
- Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure exceptional food and customer service
- Oversee the efficiency of in-unit catering operations, including inventory management and budget monitoring
- Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
- Represent Compass Group UK and maintain a positive brand image
- Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales
- Liaise between customers and culinary and service teams to exceed expectations

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of catering experience
- Experience managing teams in a similar role
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
