About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Roving Customer Adviser. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the needs of our Society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members across our branch network.
  • Work closely with branch colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Process customer transactions, open savings accounts, and cash up at the end of the day.
  • Assist with opening and setting up the tills, making customer appointments, and performing other administrative tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs and providing empathetic support.
About You

We are looking for a natural team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be a strong listener, able to empathise with customers and provide tailored solutions to their needs. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing your time effectively.
