About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Gleeds, a leading global property and construction consultancy. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, providing contract management and administration of large professional service and construction contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operate with NEC 3 form of Contract Options A, C, and E
  • Issue and review early warning notices
  • Priced and assessed compensation events
  • Monthly commercial reporting
  • Update risk registers
  • Review programs
  • Issue payment certificates and valuation assessments of the works

About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management, preferably in the Nuclear/Civil engineering/Engineering sectors. You should have a broad spectrum of technical knowledge relating to procurement, supply chain, cost, and commercial management. Experience with standard forms of contract, including the NEC suite, and Public Contract Regulations 2015 would be beneficial.
