We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Coordinator to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the effective management of our contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve the best commercial outcomes for Western Power.
  • Manage and maintain contract documentation, including sourcing and contract administration services.
  • Administer the process to monitor and issue contract extensions, as necessary.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes for Western Power.
  • Ensure contract compliance and adherence to existing contracts.
  • Contribute to and support enterprise risk management and safety, health, environmental, and community programs.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

About you

We are looking for someone with a degree in Procurement, Contract, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, and at least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and contract management governance and documentation support services. You will have a working knowledge of general contract law principles and contract terms and conditions, as well as experience in establishing and managing supplier relationships.
