Job Overview

We require a Registered Nurse with a valid UK NMC pin to join our team at Healthcare Ireland Group.

Job Summary

The Regional Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents across various Healthcare Ireland Group homes within a region. This role requires travel to different locations, including dementia, nursing, learning disability, and mental health homes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver care plans tailored to individual resident needs, ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
  • Assess and monitor residents' physical health, identifying and addressing any concerns.
  • Support and supervise care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Comply with regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as designated by the Home Manager.

Requirements

  • Valid UK NMC pin
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
  • Access to a car and full UK driving license
  • Experience gained in a care home
