Job Title: Band 2 Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking reliable and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team as Band 2 Healthcare Assistants. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting nursing staff and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and happiness.
  • Help patients move and get around, promoting their safety and confidence.
  • Monitor patients' health signs and record them, enabling prompt intervention if necessary.
  • Provide emotional support and be a friendly presence for patients.
  • Encourage patients to engage in activities and hobbies, boosting their mood and well-being.
  • Ensure patients' wishes are heard by communicating with them and the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, essential for patients' recovery and peace of mind.
Requirements:
  • 6 months' experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Right to work in Northern Ireland.
  • Availability for day and night shifts.
  • Valid inoculations (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB).
