In the role of Client Relationship Executive / Account Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering and enhancing our client partnerships.
Your main duty will be to oversee customer accounts, guarantee their satisfaction, and offer customized financial solutions that cater to their business requirements.
You will serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and positive interaction with our offerings.
Client Relationship Development:
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with our B2B clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and their expectations surpassed.
Account Oversight:
Manage and supervise customer accounts, ensuring all communications and transactions are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
Client Support:
Respond to and resolve client inquiries and challenges swiftly, providing exceptional service and assistance.
Financial Guidance:
Offer expert insights on our financial products and services, aiding clients in reaching their business objectives.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that align with clients' requirements.
Feedback Analysis:
Collect and evaluate client feedback to continually enhance our service offerings.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with industry standards and internal protocols.
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service, client relations, or account management position, ideally within the finance, banking, accountancy, or fintech industries.
Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in B2B settings, particularly with clients in various sectors, is advantageous.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with financial services, fintech, banking, and accountancy is beneficial.
