Protocol Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate Positive Behaviour Facilitator to join our team in Bristol. As a Positive Behaviour Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting students with learning disabilities, including SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance with the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt and tailor learning to meet the needs of students with learning disabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, and parents/carers to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students.
  • Use positive behaviour management techniques to encourage students to demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours.
  • Work closely with the school's reward system to promote positive behaviour and attitudes among students.
Requirements:
  • Calm and resilient approach when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to engage with students in class activities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the school and students.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and SEN.
  • Passion for supporting students with learning disabilities and promoting positive behaviour.
