Main Responsibilities:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in North Bristol. The ideal candidate will provide academic and social support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and support techniques
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • An empathetic, calm, and patient manner

Important Details:
  • Location: North Bristol
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • Contract: Permanent contracts available after an initial trial period
