Organisational Development Coordinator

Cancer Research UK, Cambridge Institute (CRUK CI) is seeking an enthusiastic Organisational Development Coordinator to support the newly formed Organisational Development (OD) function. This exciting new role will work closely with the HR Operations team to implement and evaluate learning and development programmes across the Institute.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for OD activities, including course/programme administration, data collation, and budget management.
  • Conduct welcome briefings for new starters and support the establishment of a learning management system (LMS).
  • Attend and contribute to relevant forums and committees, and support the development of the Institute wellbeing strategy.
  • Promote and engage colleagues in OD programmes and initiatives, including leadership development, 360 degree assessments, and coaching.
  • Support the EDI agenda and related activities, including communication, colleague engagement, and workshops.
  • Undertake project work as directed by the HR Manager, and monitor budgets, process invoices, and expenses claims.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate motivation and resilience, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to plan and manage own workload, interact with people at all levels, and build positive working relationships.
  • Be highly competent in standard software packages, and able to use and grasp new technologies.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, and be able to deliver and promote excellent customer service.
  • Be able to gather facts and write and present complex reports.
