Organisational Development Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our team as an Organisational Development Coordinator. This exciting new role will provide support with all administrative aspects relating to our Organisational Development function, including implementing and evaluating learning and development programmes across the Institute.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general course/programme administration, including booking venues, preparing and distributing course materials, and arranging travel and transport.
  • Gather, prepare, and collate course information/data, such as course events, attendance, and feedback.
  • Conduct 1 to 1/group welcome briefings for new starters in conjunction with the HR Operations team.
  • Support the establishment of a learning management system (LMS).
  • Attend and contribute to relevant forums and committees as required.
  • Support the development of the Institute wellbeing strategy.
  • Play a key role in promoting, engaging, and encouraging colleague participation in OD programmes and initiatives, such as leadership development programmes, 360-degree assessments, MBTI assessments, coaching, and focus groups.
  • Support the EDI agenda and related activities, including communication, colleague engagement, workshops, networks, and development.
  • Undertake project work as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Monitor budgets, process invoices and orders, and expenses claims.
  • Support the HR Manager with the Mental Health First Aiders network.
  • Support the Institute social events calendar.
  • Promote a culture of life/work balance and healthy work practices.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate motivation and resilience.
  • Have excellent organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be able to plan and manage own workload.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact with people at all levels in the organisation and build positive working relationships.
  • Be highly competent in standard software packages, such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and able to use and grasp new technologies.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work in a team/use own initiative.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver and promote excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be able to gather facts and write and present complex reports.
  • Have an open, fun, and flexible approach to work.
