Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Cambridge office as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying key talent in the market to fulfill their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.

Requirements

  • Organisation and Time Management: Strong organisation and time management skills are required to manage multiple clients and vacancies.
