Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Cambridge office as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying key talent in the market to fulfill their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top talent in the Accountancy and Finance industry, utilizing your expertise and network to fill client vacancies.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the industry, developing and building your portfolio of clients to drive revenue growth.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring the best fit for client roles.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in Accountancy and Finance recruitment is highly advantageous.
- Drive and Enthusiasm: A drive, enthusiasm, and sales-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Organisation and Time Management: Strong organisation and time management skills are required to manage multiple clients and vacancies.
