Executive Coordinator to Directors for Creative Operations

A dynamic and innovative company, Katie Bard, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Executive Coordinator to Directors for Creative Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mailbox and Diary Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the Managing Director's inbox and diary, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting: Analyze sales data and produce regular reports to inform business decisions, as well as coordinate development meetings to drive growth.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct P&L analysis on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations to the Managing Director.
  • New Starter Coordination: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including compliance with documentation, inductions, and health and safety briefings.
  • Document Production: Assist with the creation and production of documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Research and Support: Conduct research on behalf of the executive team, providing valuable insights and information to inform business decisions.
  • Health and Safety Audit: Conduct a thorough health and safety audit of the entire business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Financial Verification: Verify all invoices and financial data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Additional Opportunities: Collaborate with the Managing Director on other business ventures and initiatives, providing support and expertise as needed.

About the Role:

This is a 4-day per week in-office position, with one day of remote work, offering flexibility and autonomy. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure.
