About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative to join our team at Next Level - Marketing, Creative, PR & Digital Recruitment. As a Senior Creative, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative concepts and ideas across a wide range of clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and ideas across various channels and mediums.
  • Lead and mentor junior creatives to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and refine creative work.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate junior creatives.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
