Compensation: £28,560 Per Annum

Work Schedule: 4 on 4 off Days (06:00-18:00)

As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of the operations and will report directly to the Senior Desktop Engineer.

Key Responsibilities of a Helpdesk Operations Supervisor:

  • Communicating objectives and timelines to team members
  • Organizing workloads and assigning tasks
  • Fostering a productive work environment for the team
  • Supporting the recruitment and training of staff
  • Assisting with the daily functions of the organization
  • Engaging in customer service activities, including addressing inquiries
  • Providing updates to the team regarding recent changes and developments
  • Reporting any delays or issues to the management team as necessary
  • Monitoring ongoing events to ensure timely updates and resolutions
  • Maintaining the Fleet & Helpdesk inbox to ensure prompt action on emails
  • Assisting with report generation as required
  • Ensuring adequate coverage during employee absences
  • Adhering to and regularly reviewing Administration and CAM policies
  • Staying informed about announcements and updates on the CAM Intranet
  • Listening to team feedback and addressing any conflicts
  • Conducting meetings with management to discuss any concerns
  • Ensuring all operations meet the required standards for business continuity
  • Updating and managing MyFleet.
  • Participating in projects as directed by management
  • Carrying out other CAM-related tasks as necessary
  • Processing and acting on authorizations during night shifts

Qualifications

The successful Helpdesk Operations Supervisor will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with strong typing skills
  • Ability to collaborate with management to meet legal obligations
  • Track record of meeting customer and internal KPIs
  • Familiarity with Administration and CAM policies
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and appraisals
  • Providing adequate support to team administrators
  • Effectively escalating issues when necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the CAM Network
