Position Summary
As an integral part of the Human Resources team, you will collaborate closely with organizational leaders to design, refine, and execute HR strategies that align with corporate objectives. During a pivotal phase of our transformation journey, you will facilitate the implementation of the People Strategy, offering counsel, support, and direction to the organization to foster high levels of employee engagement and performance. Your role will involve identifying effective methodologies within performance management, organizational structure, and workplace culture to deliver human resource solutions that enhance employee experience and develop capabilities.
Candidate Profile
In your capacity as an HR Business Partner, you will have a history of partnering with senior management to achieve business goals.
You will possess a demonstrated ability to leverage your HR expertise to implement innovative strategies that drive meaningful organizational change.
Your natural aptitude for relationship-building, communication, influence, and constructive challenge will enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
Experience in a dynamic commercial setting is essential, along with the ability to analyze data to identify key trends and formulate actionable plans.
A CIPD qualification is required for this role.
