Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michelle Simpson HR Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization in delivering its ambitious growth plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Proactive HR Service: Take an active role in delivering a proactive and value-add HR service across the entire organization.
  • Business Partnering: Support the Head of HR to understand and translate business requirements into effective HR best practice, delivering people solutions to achieve business objectives, managing risk, and driving performance.
  • HR Coaching and Advice: Coach and provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR issues, including performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues, terms and conditions, and reward and remuneration.
  • Culture Development: Drive a positive and proactive culture across the employee group to ensure the organization achieves and sustains a great place to work.
  • HR Metrics and Data Analysis: Review, analyze, and utilize key HR metrics and data to drive strategic decision-making across all people-related activities.
  • Business Partnership and Advisory: Proactively business partner and act as a trusted advisor to management teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • HR Initiatives and Talent Development: Lead in the review, development, and implementation of a range of HR and talent initiatives, including learning and development and talent management.
  • Market Insights and Trends: Keep up to date with relevant market insights and trends to ensure the organization remains a market leader.

Requirements:

  • Experience: The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with experience of operating at the HR Business Partner/HR Manager level.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of working within a fast-paced and professional service environment is highly desirable.
