About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior People Development Manager to join our team at Sarah McKenna HR Recruitment. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to deliver and execute the People Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic people initiatives that align with the organisation's goals.
- Lead and develop a small team of People Business Partners to provide strategic support across the organisation.
- Drive key organisational projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall development of the People function.
- Ensure alignment of People services with business objectives to foster high performance and employee engagement.
About You:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Partner, with a strong background in partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic, data-driven people solutions.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and offer constructive challenge when necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on measuring the impact of HR interventions.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects from inception to completion while delivering results.
- A pragmatic approach, with customer service and people at the heart of everything that you do.
