The role will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and Developing an Effective HR Function: Drive performance across the organisation by implementing best practices and strategies.
  • Strengthening Employee Experience: Promote an engaged and motivated workforce by developing and implementing employee-centric initiatives.
  • Providing Strategic HR Advice: Offer guidance and support to the leadership and executive teams on all People-related matters.
  • Developing and Implementing HR Policies: Lead on HR disciplines such as Talent, Recruitment and Retention; Culture and Engagement; Performance Management; Leadership Development; and Reward and Recognition.
  • Providing HR Support and Guidance: Offer advice and best practices on HR support, employment legislation, and stakeholder management.
  • Developing Onboarding and Induction Programmes: Create an excellent employee experience by designing and implementing effective onboarding and induction processes.
  • Managing Employee Relations: Handle all employee relations matters in line with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Coaching and Developing the HR Assistant: Provide guidance and support to the HR Assistant to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Leading HR Projects: Take ownership of HR projects and present results to the leadership team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an experienced HR professional at the Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager level.
  • Be commercially focused, astute, and driven to promote positive change.
  • Have experience gained within a commercial environment.
  • Be an effective Business Partner and able to work with stakeholders at all levels, including executive.

The role will be based from the Newcastle office and offers flexible Part-Time working over 3-5 days.
